   Serve as a project accountant working on the TSX project, one of the company’s major clients with a project budget of $665M.\\\\n• Leverage strong adaptability to effectively pick up new financial software (CMiC) and streamline operations.\\\\n• Correspond actively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align communication and objectives, monitor project costs, and optimize core processes and operations.\\\\n• Reconcile monthly accounts, post sales, and prepare costs to ensure that all billings is accurate, in addition to following up on invoicing and any past-due balances.\\\\n• Built strong, lasting professional relationships with internal colleagues, industry peers, external parties, as well as any key project stakeholders through active communication throughout each project.\\\\n• Responsible for vendor audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate monthly billings; prepare documentation and lead the monthly bank meeting.\\\\n• Process on average 50 requisitions per month, responsible for posting monthly AR ($20M on average).\\\\n• Currently collaborating on a smaller project with Verizon with a $2M budget; lump sum billing, communicate directly with the client, and submit billing through Ariba.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
