I believe that my role as a store leader is much larger than myself; and I have adapted over the years to gain the skills that my people need from me. My ability to work through my direct reports and empower them to go outside of their comfort zones has lead to many successful careers. As an ambitious woman I strive to set an example of what hard work and dedication will bring. Without my people\'s success, I have no success as a leader. By coaching and developing them to recognize their own strength\'s and weaknesses I can guide them towards their goals instead of deciding for them.
