About Olga Roman
As Head of Research at International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.(ISDA), I conduct and publish research and surveys on key issues and trends in over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives markets. Specifically, I focus on interest rate derivatives and credit default swaps markets. Some of the research areas include transition from LIBOR to risk-free rates, clearing, trading, non-cleared margin, market regulations, and market structure. I earned my MBA at Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Psychology at Baruch College.
