ABOUT OLGA MELNICHENKO
I am a self-motivated person who is willing to go above and beyond on any project, and to learn valuable skills on my own time. Having worked on various projects and in different work environments, from large corporations to small enterprises, helped me to adapt to changes quickly and effectively collaborate with others. Working as an Operations Manager in a construction company led me to realize that I wanted to create business software solutions, which meant learning how to code. I started to teach myself programming concepts online and enrolled in the Java coding bootcamp at Tech Elevator. I get most excited about working at an innovative organization with a strong emphasis on collaboration and can’t wait to solve problems for a living.
