IPL is the is in charge of implement standard methods and engineering concept in order to lead the industrialization of the projects Coordinate all the activities concerning equipments, toolling and process Assist the factories to help during the different project milestones: prototype, first parts production, IOD, SOP. Integrate the : flow, ergonomics, flexibility …in the management of the industrialization Take into consideration the commitments of the RFQ phase (budget available for investment in means and tools, industrialisation planning, payments…) Realize the industrial planning and ensure the respect of the project timing. Validate and standardise the industrial decisions for equipment and tools and update the industrial synthesis. Respect the industrial review tool and update it in each milestone Coordinate and realize the AMDEC (PFMEA) Process. Define the layout concept and process flow chart Realize the equipment and tools specifications according group standards. Study the possibility of refurbishing the existing equipment in the Group (Data base GMAO) or second hand purchasing. Participate in the enquiries and in the equipment and tools suppliers’ nomination in collaboration with the Purchasing Department and the plant. Realize the studies validation of equipment and tools, follow the realisation, make the reception and setup. Follow up of the equipment and toolling investment Participate in the lay-out and flow studies taking into account the plant limitations. Set up the process and assure the training to plant team identified. Assist the factories to help during the different project milestones: prototype, first parts production, IOD, SOP. Integrate the equipment for compatibility with other processes/tools. Plan backup of processes with other equipment.

Service: Engine and Underbody Product Poste occupé: Chef produit (Product manager, PDL) Descriptif projets: • Technique : • Choisir et justifier la solution Produit/Process en fonction de critères techniques préalablement définis, du prix de revient et des orientations industrielles. • Piloter les AMDEC produit, participer aux AMDEC process, arbre de défaillances, etc. • Gérer les modifications techniques pour ses produits en production. • Gérer et mettre à jour le questionnaire interactif de la conception. • Définir et gérer l’outillage prototype avec le responsable outillage et avec l’ingénierie. • Valider la faisabilité à partir de l’analyse de des résultats du plan de validation et de prototypage, et l’analyse fonctionnelle initialisée dans la RAO • Etablir la liste des paramètres importants du process. • En cas de dérive, proposer des solutions techniques correctives. • Établir avec le service Prix les simulations correspondantes pour les faire valider avec l’équipe projet • Traduire les demandes client en objectifs techniques mesurables et les communiquer aux services concernés (achats, études, caractérisation, laboratoire, atelier.) • Animation : • Assurer le dialogue avec le client sur les aspects produit. • Définir et animer l’équipe technique. • Reporter son activité son activité auprès de près de son responsable hiérarchique et de son responsable fonctionnel. • Animer les réunions techniques internes et externes. • Piloter et définir le plan de travail, les objectifs de l’équipe de projet technique. • Gestion : • Préciser, gérer et mettre à jour le budget technique du projet (heures, achats matières /sous-traitance, …) et les plannings des projets techniques. Gérer les évolutions techniques avec les Achats. • Identifier et définir les moyens matériels et humains nécessaires à l’accomplissement de ses missions
