Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager (Client Representative) at Batska Consulting Group, acting as a key liaison between the client—Valley Health System—architects, and general contractors. Responsible for managing the design and construction of medical facilities averaging sq. ft. each, with total project budgets around $25-30 million, located throughout Northern New Jersey.From September 2013 to May 2022, I was extensively involved in the NYC Build it Back Program, a post-Hurricane Sandy recovery initiative, where I served as a Senior Project Manager. I joined the project at its inception and played a critical role in shaping the program, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, management plans, subcontractor procurement strategies, and training materials. I also provided hands-on training to staff, subcontractors, and homeowners, while managing stakeholder coordination and scheduling.My responsibilities evolved as the project progressed—from Scheduler/Coordinator to Design Manager during the design phase, and later to Scope and Construction Support Manager during active construction. I was instrumental in defining and implementing new roles and responsibilities throughout the program’s lifecycle.In November 2016, I transitioned to The LiRo Group while continuing to work on the same Build it Back project, focusing on the regulatory closeout phase—managing RFIs, NCRs, change orders, closeout documentation, and Certificate of Occupancy/Letter of Completion submissions. The ultimate goal was to achieve full project closeout and ensure displaced homeowners could return to their residences and afterwords moved to work on NYCHA Sandy Recovery projects.
