Responsible for managing top opportunity proposal efforts. Manages all phases of the proposal development process from an opportunity qualification, pre-RFP activities, including strategy development, win themes/discriminators, storyboards and training for authors to the final RFP release proposal development ensuring the compliance with CACI proposal processes. • Carefully analyze the solicitation requirements ensuring the proposal compliance and highlight all potential questions for the team to discuss regarding the submission • Develop and provide estimates to determine the B&P budget• Facilitate capture planning sessions and solution reviews• Develop proposal plan and all other bid-related artifacts (storyboards, proposal templates, compliance matrix, proposal schedule, kick-off presentation, etc.)• Support discussions and development of customer’s issues, discriminators, win themes, potential risks and available mitigation solutions• Help to translate bid strategies/solution strategies into proposal narrative ensuring the proposal documents contain a strong and consistent solution • Serve as a member or review lead of color team reviews as required• Use Privia, SharePoint, ConceptShare for proposal management on a daily basis • Evaluate the proposal development process for >$250M proposal efforts and deliver a post-proposal lessons learned to the proposal team • Lead relevant tasks in the development of oral presentation slide concepts and scripting, as well as in preparation for the oral presentations (under the guidance of the Orals professional)• Manage quality check of all proposal sections and volumes• Interview, hire, and manage proposal consultants, as needed, to meet CACI proposal needs.• Represented CACI at the 2015 and 2017 Annual APMP Conferences.
