As a passionate and experienced entrepreneur, I enjoy driving growth and innovation.My strengths and expertise lie in international e-commerce, sustainable textile production, supply chain, B2C marketing, cross-border trade, business analysis, digital strategies and process optimization.I founded my first cross-border e-commerce company in 2009, when the e-commerce world was still in its early days, and focused on cross-border commerce for customers in non-EU markets. The number of customers and the business partner network grew rapidly. 7 years later I transformed my company into a service and technology e-commerce startup (ShippingPoint GmbH). It was an important strategic step from a small company to a venture capital backed SAAS company. As managing partner, I developed and implemented complex digital expansion strategies and was operationally responsible for their execution.In 2019, I started working as a management consultant, advising large companies on go-to-market strategies, international growth and expansion.From 2020, I was responsible for driving growth in 12 CEE markets at one of Germany\'s leading e-commerce companies - BestSecret.Since 2022, I\'ve been back on my entrepreneurial path, building innovative manufacturing and running my own D2C brand, Leslis.
