Write copy for the supporters section of the website and print publications, demonstrating the impact of philanthropy- Speak to students, alumni, Fellows and other departments in College to obtain stories- Devise and action stewardship plans for major donors and legators, which includes face-to-face meetings- Produce bespoke stewardship reports for donors with named funds- Produce content for stewardship events, such as posters, leaflets, programmes and videos- Promote, receive applications, collect and share reports for College prizes open to alumni- Write copy and curate content for e-newsletters for students (monthly) and for volunteers (termly)- Manage and oversee the development of LinkHall, the College’s online alumni community developed by Graduway, which involves creating and actioning a strategy to encourage sign-ups and visits; agreeing targets and monitoring progress towards them; writing posts and fortnightly email digests- Work alongside the Development Director with the Trinity Hall Entrepreneurs’ Network, organizing its programme of webinars, in-person and hybrid events, updating its webpage, managing users and curating relevant content for its groups on LinkHall and on LinkedIn, reporting on engagement activities and group numbers in board meetings- Oversee and promote the careers network, organising and marketing events, job postings, as well as developing and managing an annual mentoring programme- Oversee alumni surveys (undertaken every 2-3 years), developing questions, analysing and reporting on results- Manage network of volunteers – Year Representatives, Regional Reps, Aula Club (a dining club) and the Alumni Association Committee –, managing the yearly nomination process for new Aula Club members and Year Reps- Invite new members to join recognition circles once they reach the appropriate giving level.
