   At Panasonic Well, I supported QA for the Yohana App and initiated testing for Umi, an AI-powered wellness platform. I led GenAI prompt and response testing, validating accuracy, relevance, tone, safety, and user intent, and designed AI-specific test scenarios for ambiguous inputs, edge cases, and probabilistic behavior.I evaluated AI output consistency, identified hallucinations and bias risks, and helped define acceptance criteria for AI vs. non-AI systems. In parallel, I built and maintained Playwright (TypeScript) automation, and performed end-to-end testing across AI chat, payments, authentication (2FA), user management, and integrations in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
