As a Staff Product Designer at Outcomes4Me, I lead the design of AI-driven oncology tools that empower cancer patients with personalized, accessible experiences. Over the past three years, I’ve owned the end-to-end design process across both B2C and B2B initiatives—driving outcomes that align closely with company OKRs and user needs. From shaping our design system to guiding user research and cross-functional collaboration, I focus on creating inclusive solutions that truly support people in vulnerable moments. Previously, I helped establish UX practices at CreateMe, taught design fundamentals at Flo and SKVOT, and delivered enterprise-scale design solutions at EPAM, where I also mentored emerging designers. With a background in architecture, I bring a systems-thinking mindset to my design work—one that blends structure, empathy, and curiosity.
