About Olena Bogdanov
At JPMC I build company-wide AI products on our internal agentic framework—and I run the evaluation suite that tracks the framework’s accuracy and performance for users. My core focus is large-language models and generative AI: fine-tuning, benchmarking, and turning research ideas in LLMs and computer vision into production tools.
Experience
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Feb 2025 — Present · San Francisco, CA, US
Built text to sql library that reduces data exploration and sql query write-time from hours to seconds per query for JPMC employees and Line of Business partners- Deployed NL2SQL on AgentBuilder, an internal low-code/no-code platform to allow users to create seamless agentic workflows- Built a fast experimentation framework, allowing for performance testing on internal and public benchmarks (e.g. Bird-SQL). Worked with adjacent teams to build & scale robust evaluation frameworks for R&D- Built Agentic Evaluation suite with 15+ metrics to capture traces and evaluate qualitative and quantitative performance (e.g. latency, Token Usage, LLM hallucination, LLM Answer quality, Toxicity, etc.) for all internal Agentic-AI development, allowing stakeholders to monitor agentic performance- Scaled NL2SQL proof of concept to production-grade library to pilot test and deploy across several Lines of Business(e.g. HR, Quantitative Trading), including as a \'plug and play\' custom agent built on Microsoft Autogen and Google\'s ADK frameworks to allow developers to deploy the library in their Agentic workflows with a few lines of code- Deployed NL2SQL library on MCP to provide customizable adapters to 100k+ LOB clients to deploy NL2SQL- Multithreaded & Parallelized batch testing experimentation pipeline to reduce runtime.
