Coordinator of project LIKHTARLIKHTAR is a community of youth workers and educators who are inspired by non-formal education and international cooperation. We focus on actual issues and challenges in youth work and find solutions together. Likhtar is the focal point for German-Polish-Ukrainian youth work and cooperation.Project is organised with a support of Federal Foreign Office of Germany.Main responsibilities- Building relations with new partners and steakholders- Creating and conducting onsite educational projects for youth and adults from EU- Creating concept and conducting onsite/online events to achieve a TA- Marketing activities (developing the Social Media presence, E-mailing, cooperation, etc)- Finances

ABOUT ALEX SLYUSARENKO
My area of expertise is the professional development of managers and teams, providing effective learning programs and various development tools. As well as working with the personnel reserve and HR brand. I\'ve been working in the retail industry for 10+ years and have experience in international education and exchange projects with multicultural teams. I started my career in sales which helped me a lot with my communication skills and emotional intelligence. After receiving my Master\'s degree at State University, I continued my development and got the position of Talent and Development Manager. Since 2014 Learning & Development area has become my main professional desire. I received additional education (People Management and Leadership, Coaching for the Organization, Team Facilitation, Agile) therefore my path got more and more exciting. Since 2018 I\'ve been responsible for the Learning and Development function at Comfy. I have comprehensive experience in Learning and development, Talent Management and Talent Assessment, HR processes, and HR brand, as well as Succession Planning. After certification and years of experience, I work a lot also using my Facilitation skills - for both online and on-site sessions and meetings. Since 2015 I have also done many international educational projects with EU partner organizations, for example, with the German educational center Bredbeck, where I have worked since 2023 as an educational projects coordinator. This experience empowered my intercultural cooperation mindset and international vision of talent development a lot.
