My experience is programming all the time: engineering is a way of life so that I have implemented dozens of private services, api’s and I keep programming on my own- Expert in architectural solutions and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). I have a very flexible mindset and do not blindly adhere to ideal world and solutions from books or conferences- I try to follow pragmatic approaches to build stable systems, which are as simple as it possible from architectural point of view. At the same time system must meet business requirements with least effort from the team without affecting maintainability- Proficiency in Team Management and Team building in agile (SCRUM, Kanban), in waterfall environment, SCRUM mastering, work process organization, development plan building, IT department organization - Knowledge in OPS related field (docker, puppet). I like to work with automatization of processes- Experience in legacy support, detecting bottlenecks and problematic areas of application. Project reorganization, split legacy into pieces, soft migration of legacy into frameworks / services- Profound understanding of hardware and networks. Basic understanding of Cisco environment (“CCNA: Routing and Switching\" training gave good basement for understanding the functional aspects of networks and it\'s hardware)- Computer science education with electronic systems engineering, including controllers programming provided a good understanding of hardware and systems organisation.I do not keep this profile up to date.
