I currently work as the Main Switchboard Receptionist at the Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS), one of Calgary’s leading non-profit organizations, where I serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and community members. In this role, I help ensure that individuals are welcomed, heard, and connected to the services and resources they need.With a background in sales and education, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and client service skills to my work. My experience allows me to quickly understand clients’ needs, ask the right questions, and guide them to the appropriate programs or team members.Working in a non-profit environment makes my role especially meaningful. I value the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds and contribute to an organization that provides important services to the community.I also enjoy collaborating with colleagues, supporting team operations, and helping create a professional and positive environment for both clients and staff.
