I develop and integrate ML-based solutions to optimize EV charging stations and energy storage systems. Work with Python, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch for data analysis and model development. Build load forecasting and demand prediction models for EV stations (time series forecasting, regression models, XGBoost, LSTM). Process and clean data from sensors and logs (CSV, JSON, SQL databases) using ETL pipelines. Implement anomaly detection algorithms (Isolation Forest, DBSCAN, autoencoders) to monitor charging stations. Create dashboards and data visualizations with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI for real-time analytics. Automate workflows with Python scripts, and deploy ML models through REST APIs with FastAPI. Use Docker for containerization and GitHub/GitLab for version control.
