As an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead in VG, I\'m responsible for a team of 10 talented developers. My job is to find the right balance between making solid technical decisions and ensuring the team has what they need to deliver high-quality work. I work closely with the developers to choose the best technical solutions and build a scalable, future-proof architecture.A big part of my role has been introducing and refining workflows that improve how we work together, helping us deliver more efficiently. I also place a lot of emphasis on creating a healthy work environment where openness and honesty are key values. We have monthly retrospectives, where we focus on feedback and continuous improvement as a core part of our culture.
