ABOUT OLEG FALLMANN

Without really realizing it, I have gained a lot of experience in automation and optimization of work processes in a laboratory environment by introducing and pushing it out of my own conviction. I prefer to invest one day to automate a nerve-racking and error-prone work that afterwards takes only 5 to 15 minutes instead of hours. Taking this step frees up resources for further automation and optimization, which at each step means less and less development work and releases more and more time for more challenging activities. The work itself transforms from monotonous and boring to demanding and high quality work, where you explore your creativity and skills. I am glad to have found a company where I can realize my philosophy and teach other people to transform the monotonous and repetitive work into decent work, which is fun and motivates to take on even more enthusiastic challenges. For the implementation of optimization and automation, I have tried and applied several programming languages and development environments. However, nothing convinces more than the low code approach of OutSystems. It is sometimes surprising how fast a complex application can run on desktop devices and natively on mobile devices at the same time, and how easy it is to integrate proprietary applications, authentication and databases.
