About Oleg Vorobiov

I have been working with Linux systems for the last 7 years and I specialize in building, managing and improving different servers and environments in general. When I got into this field I started off as Linux System Administrator, where I laid a great foundational knowledge about how servers and environment works, and was able to make it more efficient, by introducing new tools. On the second job, I not only helped my team mates to work on current projects, but also saved about 30% of operation cost for the company by automating routine tasks with bash scripts. On my current job, I’m heavily focused on automation and saving labor by implementing scripting and ansible automation tool. My real strength is that I’m eager to learn new tools and technologies, share my knowledge with my colleagues and implement that tool or knowledge in our environment. I lead by example and share with passion and enthusiasm.
