Significant instrumentation and controls experience in the oil and gas industry. Project leadership, project development, engineering, installation, field startup and operations. Experience includes offshore platforms and LNG Facilities (Adriatic LNG, Clean Energy, Free Port LNG), Gas Treatment Plant (Pokrovka, etc.),Upstream and Mid Stream Facilities (Conoco-Phillips,Murphy etc) petrochemical facilities (Dow Chemicals- disassembling existing Dowtran programs ), refineries (Euroenergy, GTL – gas to liquid, etc.), different pipelines (CPC miles of pipelines and 15 Pump Stations, Compressor stations, etc.), Oil Rig Automation, Oil and Gas Storage Facilities, loading terminals ( Vopak) etc. Instrumentation: Valve calculations, Alarm management, P & ID, C&E, Index, I/O List, Location plans, Datasheets, Loop diagrams, Complex Loops design and description, Instrument hookups, Control Narratives, Project specifications, Control philosophy, start-up services, troubleshooting, and training for commissioned systems.Electrical: Cable schedules, Motor control diagrams and startup procedures, including cryogenic pumps, one line diagrams, voltage drop calculations, lighting calculations, VFD drives, junction box/Cabinets layout and wiring. Smart relays.Controls: Distributed control systems (DCS DeltaV, Honeywell), Safety systems (SIS), programmable controllers (PLC Allen Bradley, Schneider, Wago) Human machine interfaces (HMI), Bentley Nevada, Hart, Device Net, Fieldbus, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profibus (ProfiNet), Control System Architecture and routing, Remote I/O’s, System Integration, Memory Maps, Interlocks.
