   As a Red Team Operator my responsibilities are- Design operational framework, and oversee the governance and management of the Purple Team program aimed at identifying visibility and control gaps within the bank’s security infrastructure. Implement a structured approach that tests and trains defenders, integrating adversary emulation and intelligence-driven exercises- Strategically plan and conduct threat assessment exercises, executing advanced attack scenarios on internal and external infrastructure. Demonstrate potential impacts from threat actors targeting the financial institution- Prepare detailed reports tailored to different stakeholders, highlighting identified risks for management and outlining mitigation strategies for technical teams- Perform in-depth threat research to enhance the effectiveness of targeted Red Team engagements. Collect and process intelligence feeds, study advanced Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors, and replicate them in controlled testing. Adapt findings for integration with the bank’s chosen command and control framework and infrastructure- Develop and maintain offensive security tools, including the creation of Beacon Object Files. Test and sanitize open-source tools to ensure safe deployment. Oversee the maintenance of the cyber range and the deployment of the necessary infrastructure- Analyze and validate high severity bug bounty submissions to assess the threat and ensure authenticity.
