Driving end-to-end delivery of SAP Retail system enhancements in MM, WM, LE Modules – from requirements clarification to early life support.• Engaging directly with business stakeholders (key users, team leads, department heads) from the UK, EU and APAC to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into technical specifications.• Coordinating with cross-functional international teams (SAP consultants, ABAP developers, QA engineers, solution architects, delivery managers) to ensure timely and quality delivery.• Designing and configuring system changes aligned with P2P and logistics processes, including integration with WMS/WCS solutions.• Hiring, interviewing and onboarding new employees.• Methodology: hybrid methodologies based on SAP Activate:• Delivered full-cycle rollout of SAP P2P functionality (MM/LE) for a new market — covered solution design, configuration, testing, Go-live, and data migration (article/vendor master data, internal sales pricing).• Implemented MM and PP configuration to enable a new make-to-order production flow.• Supported SAP EWM template design during the Explore phase — analyzed existing ERP customizations, defined required enhancements in MM.• Implemented SAP WM enhancements for automated packaging at a distribution center — upgraded integration interfaces with WCS and label printing solution, updated warehouse master data.• Conducted fit-gap analysis for integration with Poland’s KSeF e-invoicing system — assessed compliance gaps in MM and FI, aligned processes with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Cloud (BTP).
