As the newly appointed Program Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), I will direct and manage various projects within eDiscovery operations. This team will be tasked with preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) that is crucial for supporting the FAA\'s General Counsel cases, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and various investigations.By applying best practices and fostering continuous improvement, I will ensure that our program management processes comply with regulatory standards while enhancing efficiency and accuracy. My dedication to innovation and effective stakeholder management will be key in furthering the FAA\'s mission of promoting aviation safety and security.
