As European head of product for TV Plus and Samsung News, I am responsible for our flagship FAST service that is pre-installed on all new Samsung TVs and Galaxy devices across our key European territories: I represent and lead all product-related aspects of Samsung TV Plus in Europe, aligning closely with global stakeholders, particularly the product management, engineering, data and UX teams at Samsung HQ in South Korea and US I set annual KPI targets, providing ongoing analysis and insight into performance results, including for advertising revenue I lead the editorial team with oversight of all content, editorial, curation and channel scheduling associated with TV Plus. This includes maintaining standards through the development of content guidelines and efficient processes such as content rights management, compliance and the investigation of potential content breaches I develop detailed annual content strategies, setting out the direction for third-party channel adoption, O&O channel creation and management, and strategic content initiatives such as original commissioning and the showcase channel concept. I review new channel and content propositions, making decisions on the suitability for inclusion on TV Plus I lead the ESBO mobile products team with responsibility currently for Samsung TV Plus and Samsung News. This includes performance, product and content strategy, development of strategic initiatives, and tactical testing and user research as required, working closely with all relevant stakeholders I represent European interests by participating in relevant working groups and global strategy workshops
