Work within a 30 man Transformation and Informatics team to drive innovative improvements programmes and deliver technology based projects within the trustKey responsibilities • Provide project management of digital clinical upgrade projects to ensure work plan and project success, to time and budget, providing regular assurance on project progress, mitigations and benefit realization• Develop and maintain project documentation that will support achievement of the principal objectives. including initiation document, scope and milestones and the agreed plans of action with key stakeholders• Supporting requirements gathering, evidencing the need for change through business analytical skills and benchmarking of ‘As Is’ activity and providing advice to the business on best possible solutions to improve• Manage business and project risks, by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing potential threats, and developing comprehensive mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success • Define assessment tools against which the success of the project and specific deliverables can be measured and taking responsibility for drawing up related implementation and test plans• Facilitate the establishment of the appropriate project governance architecture by taking responsibility for managing version control of project documents and change controls according to Trust procedures and standards• Carry out feasibility planning and produce requirement specifications by ensuring production of draft and final Project Initiation Documents (PID) and the acceptance of the PIDs from the various Project Boards
