I assist the Development and Fundraising Project Manager with the coordination ofactivities across a portfolio of over 60 projects funded by the Quintin Hogg Trust.I Support with the design of funding proposals, impact reports, other printedpublications.Oversee all gift management for the Development and Fundraising team, ensuringdonations and gift aid are added to the CRM and acknowledged in a timely manner.Organise and maintain up to date Development and Fundraising policies, projectfiles, template documents and contact information on the Development andFundraising SharePoint site and webpagesI support the Head ofDevelopment and Fundraising’s daily portfolio administration on the CRM.Monitor operational and project-specific budgets and undertake financialadministration tasks using the University’s financial system Agresso, liaising with theUniversity Finance office and Fundraising colleagues as appropriate.
