About Ola Wadibia

Gender and Racial Equity Advocate - Values Based Leader - Capacity Builder - Process Consultant - Program Designer and ManagerAs a subject matter lead for JPMC\'s Women on the Move Center of Excellence, I provide education, tools, connections and financial resources to support the financial health and wellness of women globally. I work with colleagues firmwide to design programs, build projects and amplify existing initiatives and disseminate to a diverse range of women and girls to meet them where they are via trusted external partners such as nonprofits, academic institutions, women-run businesses. As a 20••••23 Aspen Fellow with the Forum on Women and Girls, I\'m afforded the opportunity to build my leadership and network to advance women\'s economic power. With my co-fellows, we are creating spaces for Black and Brown women and nonbinary folks around the world to imagine, build, disrupt and receive emotional, physical and financial investments they need to thrive while they effectuate social change. I believe that achieving racial, class and gender equity is the key to solving social problems.
