Experienced Solution Architect with over 19+ work experience, 17+ years of which have been spent in the Telecommunication industry with expertise in Enterprise Solution Architecture & Application Integration focusing majorly on BSS Transformation projects, Cloud and on-premises architecture and hybrid deployment, Charging and Billing expert, Value Added Services, Digital Services, Solutioning & Design, Digital Portal & App implementation, Product Design and Development, Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics platforms implementation design in alignment with agreed Architecture Design Principles. A major feat in my architecture endeavours in BSS and Value Added Service is the deployment of MTN Group BSS transformation program with Ericsson, Technotree, Sales Force Automation application and digital and traditional channels integration with BSS application. After having worked in six different capacities in the Transmission, Radio waves base stations, core data Network, VAS and Intelligent network domain, Charging and Billing architect, I then took up a role as the Architect BSS and VAS for MTN Group where I was given the opportunity to lead the delivery and adoption of MTN BSS Transformation Project and Digital Subscription Platform for the realization of the organisation’s MTN Digital strategy. I equally function in the capacity of the defining MTN Digital Transformation roadmap for a space of 5 years where all the transition architecture journey were been mapped out with the Design guiding Principles, Enterprise Architecting and Planning leading the processes of Architecture Governance for business and technology capability enablement to support all lines of business in the enterprise. I play a major role in the strategic decision-making with MTN Group Architecture working committee and MTN Group Architecture Review Board and also in the area of system capability assessment, vendor engagement and selection via RFPs, This also involves architecture assurance and compliance using a global recommended frameworks and best practices for service management such as SID, TOGAF, eTOM, TAM, SDLC, CGEIT and ITIL in the areas of architecture change management and solution delivery.
