Played a key role in the successful implementation of the first Oracle Fusion system in West Africa\'s oil and gas sector. Provided sole support for the Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM systems for over 3 years before expanding the team. Analysing and solving complex customer issues related to data and processes with day-to-day support of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Cash Management. Performing comprehensive documentation of the current state of ERP configuration, including system settings, modules, and customizations. Updating the user manual to incorporate the latest features, enhancements, and changes introduced in the application, ensuring alignment between the documentation and the system\'s functionality. Successfully optimised Oracle Cloud Fusion subscription, reducing user licenses from 35 to 13 through comprehensive analysis of user roles and revoking access for inactive users, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency. Part of a team that reconfigured the Oracle Fusion Application to incorporate budgetary control.Providing technical solutions on adopting best Oracle practices and standards to enable the IT objectives and initiatives of the clients to be attained in the most efficient manner.
