Mechanical engineers face new challenges in the areas of energy, materials, and systems. This course helped to introduce students to these areas through team-based, hands-on projects that emphasize engineering design, analysis, and measurement skills-Delivered personalized one-on-one support to students with special learning needs, employing adaptive teaching methods that addressed individual challenges and capitalized on strengths, ultimately contributing to the successful attainment of academic goals-Spearheaded small group activities and discussions to fortify lesson concepts, with a deliberate emphasis on practical application. This targeted approach significantly improved comprehension and retention of material among participants-Assisted students in increasing their grades from a C- to an A- by implementing new techniques in their study routine.
