Oversee projects from inception to completion using in-house resources and construction personnel.Delivering water M&E projects such as pumping stations, dosing systems, and chlorination plants, along with associated civil structures.• Early site investigation works in coordination with the client, design, and project team, as well as theproduction and review of health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, methodstatements, and project management plans.• Procuring materials, attending site and works testing, commissioning, and client training. • Working closely with the design team to gather all required information, participate in regular designreviews and Hazard Studies to develop the best solution.• Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, preparing subcontract orders, assisting with theevaluation and submission of claims for variation works, liaising with site managers and teams toensure work is completed to programme, budget, and quality, developing Inspection and Test Plans,and ensuring they are completed as the scheme progresses.
