Coordinating and supporting the transformation process within Sasol Chemicals. In 2020 Sasol kicked-off a major business transformation programm under the name Sasol 2.0. Starting at the GEC level a new structure was announced and resulted in the creation of the two major business divisions Energy & Chemicals. To support the transformation process the Chemicals Transformation Office was created. The team consists of 4 - 5 experienced transformation experts from Sasol. At the beginning the team was supported by Deloitte as external consultant during the set-up and early delivery phase. Scope of the transformation process is to revise Sasol Chemicals operating model to more focus on customer-facing global divisions combined with regional footprint wrt producing assets and product and performance delivery.
