Won 2 industry awards, State of Louisiana award from Governor of Louisiana and other local design awards.* Expanded North Cypress Fitness Center after Hurricane Katrina by negotiating with banks, contractors, and suppliers to complete new project within budget and on time. Increased facility size to over square feet while growing membership to over ten thousand. Employed 240+ team members while increasing revenue $5M+.* Built Northlake Nutrition (Core Meals) cooking gourmet meals per week. Developed gourmet menu of fresh prepackaged meal system to teach customers clean eating habits and targeting weight loss on a budget. Used and expanded commercial kitchen in North Cypress Fitness. Developed unique recipes and food plans for seniors at an affordable price.*Founded and developed an ecommerce company that promotes and sells high-end name brand prescription frames and sunglasses at a discount to the general population and optical brick and mortar shops.* Recently developed a new coffee/cafe shop called Brick Road Coffee Company.    Brick Road Coffee Company was founded and launched by Olaf Ross as a speciality coffee and cafe shop in the West Broad Village in Short Pump, VA (Glen Allen). This unique shop offers some of the finest coffee selections, delicate Italian espresso, iced and frozen selections, crepes, deserts, bakery items, and so much more. Dine-in, Dine-out, curbside and delivery\'s offered Monday thru Saturday. A true coffee experience like no other. Coming soon will be a Roastery Division called Brick Road Coffee Roasters which hopes to be the coffee of RVA. Only the finest coffee beans are sourced from around the world to make the highest quality and best tasting coffee around.
