I independently managed daily lab operations at a satellite location, ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory standards. My responsibilities included shipping, receiving, and properly documenting frozen samples while maintaining the chain of custody. I processed specimens for routine semen analysis, assessing concentration, and motility, and identifying leucocytes. Additionally, I performed semen preparation for ART procedures, intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), and cryopreservation. I conducted daily and monthly quality control checks for media and equipment to maintain laboratory accreditation. I also monitored the ordering and receiving of lab supplies to support seamless operations.
