From the moment I scribbled my pen name on a legal pad as an eight-year-old, I knew that writing would always be in my future. As an adult, the work I most enjoy criss-crosses my affinity for the written word with my affinity for arts & culture and equitable, life-affirming services for youth and women of color - Black women and girls especially.I have 10+ years of professional writing experience. I\'m a grants professional (GPC), I facilitate creative workshops and, in my free time, I write poems, essays, short stories, and things that subvert genre. Let’s chat.
