I am responsible for leading the Change Management Framework across NCFE as an organisation, embedding structured change approaches that support strategic transformation and foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. This work spans multiple enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring a consistent and people-centred approach to change is applied across programmes and departments.Currently, I am providing dedicated change management leadership across several transformational projects, including:• Finance Transformation Programme – Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including core finance module, purchasing, expenses, timesheets, and integration of the flexible worker platform.• Consolidation of a New Business Entity – Establishing a centralised operating model by aligning people, systems, and processes with NCFE’s governance and operations.• Digital Credentials Project – Launching a platform to issue and manage learner achievements digitally, enhancing agility, security, and accessibility.In these roles, my responsibilities include:• Leading enterprise-wide change initiatives and embedding consistent, structured change methodologies such as Prosci’s ADKAR® model.• Designing and executing strategic change plans to ensure effective adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.• Partnering with senior leaders to build sponsorship, role-model behaviour, and secure alignment across all levels of the organisation.• Conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analyses to inform targeted interventions that mitigate risk and support smooth transitions.• Developing and delivering robust change deliverables including Change Roadmaps, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Communication Strategies, and Training Approaches.• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration through workshops, engagement sessions, and change networks to support alignment and local ownership of change outcomes.
