Participate in project site visits with internal/external clients such as project representatives from Local Authority and other stakeholders. • Manage and deliver a range of monitoring, evaluation, and analysis: Present findings and deliver recommendations to colleagues and stakeholders.• Commission survey by identifying survey location, producing survey order forms and maps, and liaising with contractors on data specifications, cost, and other documentation.• Participate in research/evaluation design, data collection, qualitative and/or quantitative analysis, and reporting as well as presenting reports internally and to external clients. • Analysing active travel data such as Video Manual Count (VMC), Road User Intercept Survey (RUIS), Household survey, Traffic Speed Volume (TSV), and many others at baseline, follow-up, and retrospective levels to evaluate the impacts of active travel project and network construction and/or improvement.• Undertake the quality assurance of data, analysis, and reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data.• Develop model to analysis and model the impacts of active travel projects using active travel and other transport-related data. i.e. Noise pollution, air quality modelling and health and economic impacts of Active Travel.• Using Smartsheet for project management • Support and work with colleagues on matters relating to project management, as well as attending meetings, and liaising with evaluation and project managers.• Organise stakeholder meetings, and community engagement, assist with the management of the meetings, chair meetings, note taking, timekeeper, prepare and give presentations.• Providing guidance and advice on research, monitoring, and evaluation• Represent the organization in external parties concerned with research, monitoring, and evaluation, and manage or support liaison with external partners.• Contribute to company business development activities, such as writing project proposals and bids.
