As a Fulfilment Specialist, I’m managing delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with Company processes and procedures. Giving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of Services and Manufacturing Sales Plan and quick execution in case of Customer outages and emergencies. Cooperating with Suppliers, Service Fulfillment, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions and recovery plans on business urgencies.As the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies, I work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.
