   As the Preschool & Summer Camp Administrator, I serve as the first point of contact for families and provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of Arts Together’s Preschool and Summer Camp programs. I work closely with the Director of Preschool & Summer Camps to coordinate communication, scheduling, documentation, classroom and teacher support, parent and teacher interaction, classroom management, and summer camp management.This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.During my first two months in the role, I assumed the responsibilities of the Preschool Director, Preschool Coordinator, and Preschool Support roles. Due to the resignation of the Preschool Director and Preschool Coordinator, I functioned as an Interim Preschool Director until the role was filled. As the functioning Interim Preschool Director, I interviewed and hired new staff members, organized and streamlined parent/teacher conferences, was the sole point of communication for preschool families, and supported staff and student retention during a time of significant transition for the organization.
