Working with media and telecoms clients, 3rd party teams and delivery partners on Complex and Next Generation Delivery programmes of work, my specialisation is within E2E Programme / Project and Delivery Management across major strategic transformational programmes covering all aspects of the end-to-end programme lifecycle – starting with initiation, through to delivery and transition to BAU, utilising Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies. Projects: Strategic Technology and Business Transformation Programme with BSS / OSS Huawei Technology Implementation: E2E Programme / Project / Release Management Roles (Jul 2013 – Apr 2016), Telco client • E2E Programme / Project / Release Management - supporting client Programme Directors on successfully launched 3-Phase Multi-Partner Programme, covering initiation / mobilisation, governance, stakeholder management, commercials, scoping, planning, delivery (business and technology), deployment and transition to BAU, with mix of Waterfall and Hybrid Agile methodologies • Additionally leading number of critical technology and business programme workstreams across 3 programme phases (clients, Accenture, Huawei partner, contractors, 3rd parties)- to successfully launch and migrate to new BSS/OSS technology stack and associated new business and operational processes, mobilise future releases strategies / processes
