Oksana Babyan joins Valley Apartment Sales team at Equity Union after 2 years of experience as a Market Specialist in Multifamily Sales in Glendale and Burbank and 14 years as an award-winning sales professional in tourism and entertainment in Los Angeles and Dubai. Whether working for Middle Eastern Fortune 500 companies or as an Investment Advisor with a focus on 1031 Exchanges in Los Angeles, Oksana has always been recognized for her unmatched devotion to clients and her continuous striving to exceed expectations. After she moved to Los Angeles in 2016, Oksana took over the Head of Business Development role at one of the oldest and largest Tour Operators in Southern California, and then quickly earned the title of VP of Market Development. Oksana’s interest in real estate began as a business owner and the ‘go-to’ person for Dubai-related real estate investment. She helped clients acquire prime real estate in world-renowned Burj Khalifa and the Palm Islands while she learned the fundamentals of real estate investing. Continuing her education in Los Angeles, Oksana became an agent in 2020, joining the Centennial Advisors team as an Investment Advisor. With her knowledge and expertise, Oksana is keen on helping clients maximize performance of their assets and provide them with excellent strategies to grow their portfolios. Oksana was born and raised in Armenia. She studied Linguistics and Psychology at Yerevan State Linguistic University and speaks 3 languages— Armenian, Russian, and English.
