I love learning new things. During my career as a firefighter/ paramedic, I had time on my hands between shifts. I filled that time with raising my two wonderful sons and doing luxury bathroom remodels. I had two uncles and a cousin that mentored me in the art of doing meticulous work. I was fortunate to have Friends and customers who trusted me when my response was, “No, I’ve never done that before, but I will study it and learn how for you”. I started hiring other firefighters to help me as we took on bigger jobs, more complex projects (Pouring a concrete house slab for the 1st time was the most nervous I think I’ve ever been). Lessons were learned (some the hard way), experience gained, years flew by.June of 2019 I retired from fighting fires/ saving cats ( I have picture proof of cats saved ). August 2019 I started full time construction work with my tools in the back of my suburban. Today Boomtown Construction & Roofing has a strong network of talented sub contractors, an in-house crew of remodel specialists, two roofing experts and a fleet of equipment to help you create whatever you can dream up.“Everything under a roof and the roof too” -Dave Habermehl
