Integrated real-time object surface centroid extraction and coordinate transformation for autonomous vacuum gripper picking, enabling seamless perception-to-action execution on a robotic arm.Developed middleware to translate high-level commands between the platform and a fleet of AMRs (Omron LD90x, OTTO 100, iPlusMobot, Addverb), supporting coordinated multi-robot task execution and dynamic fleet control.
