About Ayush Ojha
I’m a Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science) undergraduate at RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, with a strong focus on backend engineering, system design, and building scalable, production-ready software.Over the past few years, I’ve worked extensively on end-to-end systems - from designing clean backend architectures to integrating authentication, databases, and APIs that power real business use cases. My core stack includes Java, FastAPI, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and modern web frameworks, with hands-on experience building secure, high-performance services.I recently worked as a Project Intern at EY, where I was promoted to Team Lead & Backend Developer. I led backend development for a Business Resilience Tool aligned with ISO 22301, building APIs across 12 enterprise modules, improving performance through asynchronous processing, and integrating Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) for authentication and role-based access control. This experience strengthened my understanding of enterprise security, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.Beyond internships, I enjoy building technically ambitious projects. Highlights include an AI-powered Kafka management system using controlled AI reasoning and temporal memory, and AlgoViz, an interactive algorithm visualization platform with AI-driven learning features.I also care deeply about community and leadership. I founded and served as Treasurer of the ACM Student Chapter at RVCE, led the ACM India Summit 2024, managed large-scale tech events, and handled budgets and teams.I’m actively looking to grow as a backend / systems engineer, with interests in distributed systems, APIs, developer tooling, and applied AI.
