About Ojaswi Atrey

I am an MBA candidate at Yale School of Management, specializing in strategy and finance, with a focus on solving complex challenges at the intersection of finance, technology, and sustainability.My career began at Goldman Sachs, where I worked across engineering, product management, and strategy in risk, wealth, and consumer banking. I focused on regulatory aspects of market and credit risk and later drove initiatives including the integration of United Capital, launch of a cloud-native brokerage platform, and redesign of Apple Card dispute systems. These roles honed my ability to balance innovation, compliance, and scalability while leading cross-regional teams and shaping product strategy.This past summer, I worked in venture capital and impact investing with Echo River Capital and the United Nations Capital Development Fund. I partnered with founders in fintech, climate tech, and agtech, conducting diligence calls, refining go-to-market strategies, and supporting portfolio growth. I also developed tools and frameworks to evaluate early-stage opportunities, including a GenAI-powered triage model that benchmarked 40+ startups.I’m motivated to bring a strategist’s perspective and an operator’s discipline to support founders, investors, and organizations in navigating complexity, scaling innovation, and driving impact.
