CAD – Design a part from scratch, finalizing with the GD & T. Parametric software with which I have experience: CATIA, Solid Works, Autodesk Invertor, Pro-E and NX–UG. CAE – Manufacturing process simulators, Casting process simulator and AutoForm for Hydroform and stamping process. Product Development – Sheet metal automotive products. From the concept to all the design phases, safety tests, manufacturing feasibility studies and finally to implementation in the plant.Hydroform - My knowledge of this process consists in finding the possible failures in the design of the hydroform part, and discovering what materials are optimal for the process and function. Hot stamping / stamping sheet metal – knowledge of the material flow in stamping parts, hot stamping metallurgic/quenching basic processes, progressive, tandem and transfer processes.Casting - Experience in developing and designing casting parts, the molding process (involving the tooling design) using the CAE results. Experience also include Cast Molding study, core design (interpretation and improvement of core solidification simulation process) and feeding system: riser, runner, choke and gates calculation.Machining - Efficiency of the tool Path, CAM (CNC) programs and CAM simulation.
