I\'m a signal processing engineer with over 25 years experience in ISR capability development, RF geolocation, communications, radar signal processing, deep learning, RFML, photonics and sensor signal processing. I co-founded a successful defense tech startup in 2014, and led several advanced R&D projects at Zeta Associates/Lockheed Martin. I\'m passionate about solving hard problems and mentoring students and engineers in signal processing, RF, radar, ISR, sensing, and physics.
