In addition to offering daily support for our talent, we harness the collective capabilities of our roster to offer full-scale creative services to our clients.As Managing Director, I act as second-in-command overseeing all aspects of the agency including fiscal management and planning, hiring and HR, internal team member development, and systems/ops management. I assist the Founder and Director of Partnerships with business development opportunities, having an average 75% revenue growth YOY since 2018 and growing our talent roster from 3 to 16 creatives in 18 months. Additionally, I oversee all client and creative services projects ranging from photo/video production, multi-channel content strategy and execution, digital collateral creation, and event production/management.As a boutique agency, I also directly manage 3 digital creators across varying fields (including photography, spirits, and fashion) while handling all aspect of their career including brand partnership deal negotiations and development of multi-media strategies for their social media channels, website, and/or newsletters.
