An Architectural Designer whose work is underpinned by a profound belief in the transformative power of architecture to fulfil human needs, enhance spatial functionality, and connect diverse cultures. Ohene’s body of work spans from residential to hospital, museum, market, bridge, restaurant design and urban planning. A graduate in Architecture from SCAD, with minors in Preservation Design and Business, Ohene is dedicated to pioneering sustainable and ecologically responsible design solutions that address contemporary societal challenges.With a versatile portfolio that includes residential, pavilion, and hospital designs, as well as home renovations, Ohene brings a comprehensive skill set to every project. Beyond architectural design, he has a rich background in cultural heritage tourism, helping develop Africatown’s Land and water tours centred around the history of the Clotilda. He has experience in higher education and has honed expertise in corporate social responsibility, team building, and leadership.Ohene is particularly passionate about innovating traditional architectural practices in the African Sahel to better suit modern spatial requirements in the region, ensuring his designs not only respect but enhance the cultural and environmental context of their settings.
