Responsible for the day-to-day operations and success of the construction department. Lead and monitor the project management team, and assist in buyout and the selection of the right subcontractor team for the right projects. Review and assist in the development of the Project Master Schedule, and monitor and ensure on time delivery. Establish and implement document control procedures, close-out procedures, change event and change order procedures. Enforce coordination of various scopes with each other and employ flow of information between different construction trades, as well as, the design team and the field staff. Employ and monitor budget control and cost projections, and enforce accurate monthly reports and cash flow. Enforce safety rules, supervise and manage the off-site/administrative staff, and help support the field staff with any needed resources.
